As with the vast majority of SaaS providers, Pulsar Group (formerly Access Intelligence) uses third-party suppliers in providing its services. Pulsar Group believe that a healthy collaboration amongst companies forms great and innovative partnerships to bring the best of its services to its customers.
Pulsar Group takes great care in selecting its partners with a specific emphasis on their ability to comply with GDPR and related data privacy regulations. Not only do we seek robust contractual commitments but we undertake due diligence to validate information security practices.
In line with the GDPR, where personal data is being transferred beyond the UK/EU, Pulsar Group considers whether an adequacy decision has been made, the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) is required and whether there are other appropriate mechanisms to ensure the safeguarding and protection of the rights and freedoms of natural persons in the context of personal data.
