As with the vast majority of SaaS providers, Pulsar Group uses third-party suppliers in providing its services.

Pulsar Group takes great care in selecting its partners with a specific emphasis on their ability to comply with GDPR and related data privacy regulations. Not only do we seek robust contractual commitments but we also undertake due diligence to validate information security and privacy practices.

All overseas transfers are conducted in accordance with GDPR (EU/UK) and APP 8 (Australia), utilising Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK Addendum, or APEC CBPR as appropriate.
